Over the weekend, I roasted the pumpkin seeds from our class pumpkin. I also roasted and puréed the pumpkin flesh. I turned the pumpkin into a yummy crustless pumpkin pie! We added some whipped cream for a yummy treat! I am so amazed and impressed with our adventures eaters in this class. Some did not want to try it or were a tad reluctant but all did! Some even surprised themselves! It was quite tasty I must say!
